CHRIS GRAY
Director
Chris has over 25 years’ experience as a commercial advisor and former lawyer with particular focus on strategy and execution of major government projects. He has exceptional networks within both Government and the private sector and is recognised as an industry leader in designing and closing complex public projects. Chris is a trusted advisor to Government Departments and Ministers, as well as a select group of private sector companies.
LIDIO ANDREOTTI
Director
Lidio has over 30 years’ experience as a lawyer and commercial advisor to private and public sector clients. Lidio’s focus is on property development, construction, and major infrastructure projects. Lidio’s experience advising public sector clients includes acting as External General Counsel to Renewal SA for 12 years, and as strategic advisor to other SA Government agencies and Ministers on significant development and infrastructure projects. Lidio is also the Director of the separate law firm Gray Andreotti Advisory (Legal) and can be contacted in relation to legal assignments.

Director
With 20+ years’ commercial experience, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer of an ASX 200 financial services company, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership across all aspects of operations, business transformation, design and delivery of strategic initiatives, complex project delivery and supply chain management. Sarah has worked extensively across Australian Governments, Corporates and Not-for-Profits.
